Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy Effective Date: 10th July 2025

At Shiva Rudraksha, we value the trust you place in us. Every product is carefully selected, tested, and energized before it reaches you. Due to the spiritual and sacred nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy, outlined below:

1. No Returns on Spiritual Products

All sales of Rudrakshas, gemstones, energy bracelets, silver pendants, and pujan-energized items are final. These are sacred and personalized items, and hence, returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.

2. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product during shipping.

  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must take a video before/while unpacking the product. (Photos will not work)

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include any certificates or accessories received.

3. How to Request a Replacement

Please email us at support@shivarudraksh.com or WhatsApp us at +91-6263929994 with:

  • Order number.

  • Video recorded during the unpacking of the product.

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in cases where:

  • The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

  • The replacement is not possible due to logistical limitations.

Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. No Refunds or Replacements Will Be Issued If

  • The product is reported damaged after 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is returned without original packaging or certification.

  • The item is damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • You change your mind or claim dissatisfaction based on belief or personal outcome.
