  • We guarantee that all Rudrakshas and gemstones sold by us are 100% authentic, lab-tested, and, where mentioned, energized through prescribed Pujan rituals.

  • Any spiritual or astrological benefits are based on traditional beliefs and customer experiences; we do not guarantee specific results.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • We accept online payments via secure payment gateways.

  • In case of payment failure or technical issues, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Shiva Rudraksha Kendra reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or pricing error.

4. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in INR and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product availability is updated regularly, but in rare cases, items may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, a full refund or exchange will be offered.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship PAN India and internationally.

  • Delivery timelines: 7–10 business days within India, and 10–25 business days for international orders (may vary by location).

6. Return, Refund

  • We do not offer returns for Rudraksha and gemstones due to their spiritual and personalized nature.

  • Replacements are only available in cases of transit damage or wrong product delivery, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
